Many Vosper Watch Co watches are individually assembled or produced in small quantities. Natural materials, textured dials and other components may show minor variations between individual pieces.

Product descriptions, specifications, availability and pricing may be updated or changed without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOM AND ASSEMBLED WATCHES

Certain watches sold by Vosper Watch Co are custom assembled using a combination of branded movements and aftermarket components.

Where applicable, product listings will identify the movement, materials and other major specifications of the watch.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, custom assembled watches are not manufactured, sponsored or endorsed by the manufacturer of the movement or by brands whose design language may have inspired individual components.

Custom or personalised orders may be subject to additional conditions communicated before the order is accepted.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

Vosper Watch Co reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or incorrect information.

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Once an order has entered processing, assembly or fulfilment, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or amendment requests.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our Australian store are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine pricing or system errors.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties or other applicable charges will be shown where relevant during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and authorised payment information.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and supported payment providers. Vosper Watch Co does not store full payment card details.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs processing and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party shipping providers, customs authorities or events outside our reasonable control.

However, nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Responsibility for goods remains subject to applicable consumer law and the terms of the relevant delivery service.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS, WARRANTY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Returns, exchanges and change-of-mind requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Vosper Watch Co may provide additional voluntary warranties for certain products, including movement warranties where stated in the product listing.

These voluntary warranties are provided in addition to, and do not replace, rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by misuse, impact, unauthorised modification, incorrect handling, normal wear and tear or use outside the intended specifications of the product, subject always to your rights under applicable law.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, content created by Vosper Watch Co for this website, including original text, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, designs and branding, is owned by or licensed to Vosper Watch Co.

You may use our website for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, commercially exploit or modify our original website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, logos and product names appearing on the website remain the property of their respective owners.
